AHP has a broad range of mental health services for LGBTQ individuals including therapy, psychiatry, substance use recovery, career and vocational counseling, and psychotherapy groups. They offer brief 20-session therapy. They are a part of UCSF and work with people whose health insurance covers UCSF care, such as Healthy San Francisco. Call to schedule an intake or drop by Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 9am-11am.

Patients can receive walk-in assessment and care for non-life-threatening illnesses or injuries. Can also provide medications for addiction treatment (e.g., Buprenorphine) and transitional primary care services. Limited dental and podiatry services are also offered onsite. For co-occurring mental health and substance treatment.Sliding scale - fees for the residential programs is determined by residents income. There is some room for negotiation as well.Small selection of houses in SF help to facilitate a “real world” experience, enabling clients to feel safe and at home. PRC Baker Place residents are actively involved in highly-structured programs that emphasize the development of group living skills. As a continuum of care, the agency is uniquely positioned to move clients from one program to another. These same clients are often rejected from other treatment programs unable or unwilling to deal with these complexities.
