Being in the BAWS community means you can access a mailing list where workers regularly share and ask for resources. You can meet fellow workers and build community at our regular events. You can attend (and even lead) workshops on topics related to local workers' health, safety, and success. You also have the option (but not the obligation) to join our Tops Team, where we make decisions about the organization and play a more active role in local organizing and mutual aid efforts.
